​Yes, returns happen. It's okay! Having happy and satisfied customers is important to us so we always want to make sure everything is right. Here’s our policy when it comes to returns and refunds:

​Items that have failed through a manufacturing defect will either be replaced free of charge, or a refund will be given. (we may request the item be returned in this situation, but if we do, your shipping charge will be refunded to cover the cost)

If you would like a refund, your item needs to be returned to us (at your expense) prior to a refund being issued. Refunds are at the discretion of Smiles by Jo and are handled on a case by case basis.

​Errors in engraving will only be refunded/replaced if it is our error, so please make sure you check the details when you order. There will be charges involved in replacing items with engraving errors if the error was not made by us.

We don’t do refunds for changes of mind, sorry.

We do not refund/replace orders where items have not been used as intended, or have been altered or changed in any way.
